Resident Screening

Efurd Properties offers on-line applications and provides applicants with the ability to pay online simultaneously for applying. Each applicant pays an application fee for each person 18 and over living in a property. A national screening service provides credit reports, employment verification, criminal checks for each state lived in, national OFAC report, employment verification, and rental history is conducted on each applicant. The process usually takes 24 hours depending on the amount of documentation deemed necessary.
